Production Management Experience: No experience in the concrete industry is required, experience in management and/or a college degree is required. Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently is required.

Responsibilities

• Arriving at 6:30 am to our office Monday through Friday
• Overseeing proper, safe, and efficient material load up of our 10+ production crews in the morning
• Changes assignments of crews in the morning if necessary and reports changes to the production manager
• Checks vehicles, equipment, and buckets for cleanliness
• Completes repairs and unique service calls
• Ensures properly executed procedures between our install team and our warehouse/in-house production staff
• Occasional on-site inspections of commercial projects to ensure proper bidding was performed and a game plan is executed.
• Occasional on-site to inspect project/warranty issues unable to be evaluated through pictures.
• Becomes an installation team member for the day when necessary due to call offs, project scope etc
• Having all extra materials on hand in our mobile inventory truck
• Consistently on site checking in on our crews to ensure projects are going smoothly and standards are being held
• Trains all future installation tecks in a classroom and hands on style training
• Performs other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to be on time and at work by 6:30 AM every morning
• Strong computer abilities
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel
• Previous management experience

• Willingness to manage and lead a team of 18-24 installation and production related employees

Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to use computer software (Basic computer literacy)
• Attention to detail, time management and communication skills are essential.

Work Environment

• Frequently required walking and reaching with hands and arms
• Frequently required lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
• Frequently required to drive a pickup truck or van.

Education, Training, Experience and Language

• High school diploma, GED, or 3 to 6 months equivalent training or experience in supervision
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
