- Build an external sales team
- Recruit new sales agents
- Ability to have good phone etiquette
- Be open to selling to new customers while building the sales team
- Be willing and able to put in the effort required to succeed in this fast-paced, high-pay environment
- Have strong communication, recruiting, marketing and telephone skills
- Work well in a collaborative environment
