Job Description

Encompass Core is expanding its reach to the local area and we could not be more excited. Over the years, we have been working with the government-funded Federal Lifeline Program. Through our partnership, we have been able to connect those less fortunate with communication tools that allow them to improve their quality of life as well as their socio-economic status. We are extremely proud of the work we do and are looking forward to being able to work with even more communities and help even more individuals.

We are seeking to add 5 Benefits Customer Service Associates to our team as we expand into our new location. A successful associate is someone who:

As a Benefits Customer Service Associate, you will be trained on:

  • Mastering communication skills both internally and externally
  • The goals and purpose of the Federal Lifeline Program
  • Community outreach tactics
  • How to enroll an individual in the program
  • Upselling when appropriate for enrollees who may need extra accessories in addition to their communication device
  • Becoming a leader in the workplace

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Ged/Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience working in a people-centric organization

This role involves the selling of products or services and commission pay
