Due to our continued growth and expansion into new markets, we are on the search for a dynamic IT Project & Support Specialist to join our team.


As an IT Project & Support Specialist, you will actively contribute to meaningful projects such as software configuration, training, hardware diagnostics, and collaborating with our IT team to support the needs of our organization.

Support Specialist Position Details:

  • Prepare new computers for installation including loading operating systems and application software
  • Create and conduct first day user experience onboarding for new hires
  • Utilize company ticketing software to track and respond to team member and department help desk requests
  • Provide day -to-day assistance with the organization, setup, and maintenance of company hardware and technologies
  • Perform computer hardware maintenance and upgrade tasks including opening desktops/laptops to replace/upgrade components
  • Troubleshoot equipment such as printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Other tasks/duties as assigned

Project Specialist Position Details:

  • Create various How-To Guides for frequently asked IT questions
  • Research and document complex computer issues and communicate results to the IT Team
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for enhancement of day-to-day IT tasks
  • Collect and convey post project feedback to management teams for further input
  • Organize and manage internal projects ensuring risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated so that projects are delivered successfully from start to finish
  • Provide effective and timely communication to all project stakeholders


  • Experience with Active Directory required
  • DHCP, DNS proficiency required
  • Microsoft Server 2012+ required
  • Knowledge of O365 applications including but not limited to Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Group policy configuration experience preferred
  • Preference given to candidates with Sonic Wall/USG, Ubiquity, Extreme/Aruba Switches and Aruba Wireless, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and KnowB4 Management experience
  • Basic skills in writing of SOP and department documentation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be independent in research abilities
