Sales Support Specialist

Job Duties:

• Support Ecommerce Account Management team in daily administrative functions.
• Regularly collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams, monitoring product inflow & outflow and potential issues.
• Follow up on all Ecommerce orders placed, forward them to the sales admin team for order processing and track the delivery to destination.
• Gather and analyze POS data in order to understand channel sales trends and present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
• Trace and reconcile any mismatch numbers between customers and EnGenius. (Payment, Inventory, Returns and etc.)
• Complete pricing analysis where needed
• Prepare and process marketing claims and reports
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully complete tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing
• Experience in a retail, brand, or wholesale environment preferred
• Follow processes precisely with high attention to detail
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, with a can-do attitude
• Proven ability to function well in a collaborative environment
• Mac and Excel proficient, with an understanding of web-based platforms
• Prefer experience in data entry and any other business software applications
• Finance and Accounting background preferred
