Position: ERRP Coordinator (Emergency Repair & Replacement Program) Supervised By: Chief Executive Officer

 QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Minimum High School Diploma/GED; current valid driver's license with safe driving record; general knowledge ofHVAC equipment and tools; basic computer skills; strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred: Certification or degree in business, building construction or HVAC; experience in heating and cooling.

Team player with ability to relate and work well with others, self-motivated with ability to work without direct supervision, deadline orientated with good time management skills, attention to detail, must be able to maintain confidentiality, proficiency with computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office. Must possess a valid driver's license with safe driving record. Must successfully complete criminal investigation background check and pre-employment drug screening.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  1. Build and maintain positive relationships with WV DHHR, WVCAD and other funding sources.
  2. Maintain working knowledge of agency and programs available in order to further assist clients through other EnAct programs.
  3. Prepare budget modifications for funding source approval.
  4. Data entry and reporting per program and agency requirements.
  5. Develop network of contractors for work required by the program.
  6. Inspect all jobs to verify the contractor performed the required work in an efficient, neat and professional way.
  7. Maintain a working knowledge of EnAct Employee Guidelines, HR and Accounting policies and procedures. This includes the Procurement Policy Guidelines.
  1. Work independently in a team environment with little supervision.
  2. Performs all other duties as assigned or requested by the CEO or his designee.
  3. Create, maintain and ensure accurate program service, financial and customer records.
  4. Provide outreach to general public and implement customer recruitment strategies
  5. Drive to vendor locations, customer homes, program sites, meetings and trainings.  Infrequently travel outside of region to statewide meetings and conferences.

 

 

PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • Low-income homeowners are provided with safe working heat and air conditioning
  • All available grant funding is expended within the grant time period
  • Program meets all compliance standards and best practices; reporting is accurate
  • Pre and post inspections are completed in a timely manner
  • Projects meet all agency and funder procurement requirements
