Job Description

 Responsibilities include project management, oversight to the execution of repair and decommissioning processes, managing transportation damage claims and reconciliation, and spare parts management. Key elements of this role include building and maintaining cross department, vendor, and field relationships to streamline ways of working and build processes to fill the gaps related to after sales portion of POS Supply Chain. The world of our client is constantly evolving, and we are looking for critical thinkers who thrive in fast-paced work environments. Nothing at our client is traditional – including Operations – and the confidence to question, communicate, and improve processes is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

#AFTER SALES MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for overall program performance
  • Manage After Sales KPI’s
  • Set expectations and manage Quality Control for POS conditions, maintenance, shipping, and tracking Identify and strategically resolve After Sales challenges to prevent unnecessary loss of sales
  • Manage relationship with Austria on all International Spare Parts Purchase Requests
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Responsible for all After Sales invoicing

#VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for benchmarking current vendors and After Sales network
  • Accountable for overall vendor performance
  • Decision maker when identifying new vendors in underperforming markets
  • Create vendor contracts between our client and service providers
  • Responsible for thorough onboarding of new vendors
  • Ensure vendor compliance within HQ provided standards and processes
  • Manage vendor requests and support when needed

#PROJECT MANAGMENT

  • Manage large-scale Cold Equipment projects (recalls, EPA guideline updates, mass scrapping, etc.)
  • Ideation and implementation of business support projects
  • Responsible for Cold Equipment claims management process for field and vendors
  • Responsible for forecasting and ordering spare parts for servicing Manage project scope and expectations with respective vendors
  • Lead on department specific projects for Specialty Retail and Vending

#SYSTEMS/SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT

  • Identify and outline business needs around Zendesk
  • Accountable for new asset profiling, and data within asset management software
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on enhancements and solutions
  • Test and implement enhancements to software tool
  • Create and disseminate training content for user base
  • Responsible for accuracy of master data

#BUSINESS INSIGHTS

  • Responsible for executing the overall Cold Equipment strategy
  • Responsible for internal alignment on all Cold Equipment business matters
  • Data analysis on historic data and trends to forecast future needs and improvements
  • Provide updates to Business and Leadership teams
  • Annually supply international data Speak to the life cycle of Cold Equipment through field usage

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Experience managing business partner and 3rd party vendor relationships
  • Experience in a function related to logistics, warehousing, or transportation with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and materials management preferred
  • Strong familiarization with Cold Equipment Managed multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding customer service skills Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred
  • Analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experience
  • Comfortable working with technological systems and databases
  • Ability to work under pressure, in time sensitive operations, and in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirements
