We have an Avaya, 4-line phone system. Most of our group are still Teleworking and it is quiet around here, but we have re-opened to the public. Mainly answering phones now. The person needs to be familiar with Microsoft Office. We have several things that he/she will be responsible for such as going to the lobby floor to get the USPS mail from our box, date stamping it and sorting it into the correct boxes. Other departments might have work to be done. Filing, etc. As we get back to regular schedule, there will be more responsibilities. They will work with the public issuing some documents, but we will train them. This is a long-term assignment that will have he/she working with our Administrative Assistants on a rotating shift, it is very important to be on time for the shift. The shift will be 12:15-4:30. Wed – Fri.
