We are looking for Business Development Managers/ Recruiters to create and grow new and current clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for Sales Oriented Recruiters.
• The Recruiter will be responsible for Full life-cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, screening and assessing high quality candidates
• The Recruiter will be responsible for growing their Book of Business for New, Previous and Current Clients through Cold Calling, Leads and Canvassing.
• Source passive and active candidates on various jobs boards and variety of resources
• Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients' needs.
• Document all information regarding candidates and client companies into company systems.
• Conduct background checks on job applicants.
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
• Schedule and/or administer skill, intelligence or drug tests for current or prospective employees.
• Experienced Sales and Recruiting
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone
• Proven ability to obtain individual goals in relation to sales and placement
• Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Equivalent Experience
