Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to be licensed in several different jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, issued for different locations.
• Follow documentation, policies, and procedures, and perform tasks with little to no supervision.
• Work well in a team setting environment.
• Adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with Compliance Officers
• Ability to educate customers about basic game functions.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, work shifts, on-call for dispatch and variable work shifts.
• In the field your responsible for Installation, removal, conversion, preparation of games, set options, and repairing games to go live.
• Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of Empire products.
• Ability to travel with little notice, and for extended periods of time. Must be able to travel by air.
• Always maintain a positive image while in uniform, with co-workers and or customers.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of different fundamentals.
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of different types of hand tools / or experience using the tools required for position.
• Entry Level position
• Minimum 1-2 year Electronic or Slot Tech experience a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites for installations, removals, conversions, to prep games, set options, repair games, educate customers, and provide support to clients and other technicians and work on other projects as assigned.
• Ability and willingness to work varies shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to maintain a neat appearance.
• Ability to maintain personal tools for position.

Education:

• High School Associated Electronic Degree or a related field or equivalent

Experience:

• A minimum of one year of warehouse or related experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification a plus
