Job Details:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 am-4pm
• Salary Range - $17-$20

General Laborer duties include:

• Perform but not limited to: cutting grass, weed trimming, cleaning up around the property, trash removal from common areas and units, and helping team members as needed.
• Ensure completion of work orders according to scheduling demands and work requested
• Assists Field Maintenance Technicians and other Field Employees as assigned. This may include jobs such as demolition or general maintenance.
• Cleans and prepares specific areas of the job site as assigned. This may include cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash; or removing hazardous materials.
• Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass an MVR check
• Must have a smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
• Must have your own tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
