ENTRY LEVEL OPENINGS - RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES and ASSISTANT MANAGERS NEEDED - FULL TIME
We are currently looking to train the most capable and skilled individuals to help us acquire new clients, grow into new markets and develop new campaigns. We are looking for candidates that will not only excel in the area, but that are ready for success and long-term growth within our company. Sales Associates and Managers are quickly promoted into leadership positions in which they are groomed for management.
Responsibilities For Sales Associates and Managers Include:
Assisting in the daily growth and development of our company
Maintaining Customer Service and enhancing productivity levels
Direct sales of utility services to new prospects
Assisting customers daily with their purchases, sign ups, and billing issues
Motivating Customers to Enhance Sales and Profits
Communicating daily about sales and customer Issues
Basic Sales Associate and Manager Requirements:
Individuals must be hard working, motivated, and have a great work ethic
Outstanding communication skills both verbal written
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work effectively in a team environment also
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
