Consults with appropriate staff to develop requirements and specifications for applications. Implements developed applications and provides customer support of applications.Consults with ITSM process owners and ITSM Developers to implement configuration changes for the University's ServiceNow platform.
Maintains and deploys developed applications, provides customer support of the ServiceNow platform, and works with ServiceNow and ServiceNow partners as necessary to maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow environment.
Six years of information technology experience OR a bachelor's degree and four years of information technology experience. Positions in this classification may require a knowledge of one or more programming languages and/or a knowledge of an application and application tools.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Asset Management, Automated Testing Framework, and Cloud Management is highly desirable.
