Direct Hire-- Administrative Assistant-Support to the Office Manager for our Camden County client.
Opening new cases when they come in
Arranging copying with outside printing service
Coordinating documents from clients and the outside printer
Putting files/binders together
Assisting with composing engagement letters
Printing/typing reports other daily support tasks.
Must have good MS office skills including Word and Excel
Experience using SharePoint and Citrix a plus
Prefers someone with Admin experience with an Accounting or Law firm.
