Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant opportunity with Camden waterfront client.
Responsible for providing support to the AE Service Teams. Handle projects, clerical assignments,
administrative and data entry duties as directed.
Process Policies, Certificates, Endorsement requests, Correspondence, Filing, Faxes, Copying,
Invoicing, and other administrative support as needed for the AE Service Teams.
Prepare certificates and Auto ID cards.
Enter data and ensure accuracy of data input into Agency Management System (Sagitta).
Enter data into Document Management System (WorkSmart).
Operate office equipment.
Set-up and maintain electronic files that conform to company standards.
Resolve routine issues and use sound judgement in referring more complex issues to the Service
Create diaries in Sagitta and WorkSmart for account specific workflows and service plans, as
Assist with other administrative support duties as needed.
Answer, direct and/or handle phone calls, as applicable.
Open, sort and distribute mail, as applicable.
Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures, Processes and Guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
College degree preferred.
Previous experience in an insurance or office environment.
Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, etc.).
Proficiency required on Microsoft products; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional Organizational and Customer Service Skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Self starter, flexible and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship
