Job Description
Industry-leading South Jersey software firm is seeking an entry-level Account Representative , tasked with the day-to-day support of the company's clients. The CSR would be heavily involved in new system installations, learning the requirements of each client office and ensuring that the company's system meets those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer client questions regarding system operations
- Train clients on system processes
- Troubleshoot problems
- Manage special projects
Requirements:
- Strong computer, math and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Travel: 20%
