Description
Successfully supervise 15-25 employees in manufacturing processes within Assembly Department, meeting or exceeding goals for production, safety, and quality. Emphasis on employee relations, housekeeping, and scrap reduction. Work with existing policies for consistent application, partnering with management and human resources.
Responsibilities
- Supervision utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes as applies to such supervision.
- Good computer skills to facilitate processes, software used.
Able to pursue related objectives with organizational skills to meet goals.
Ability to work with personnel at all levels of organization.
Additional Information
- Night Shift Role - Hours: 4:30PM - 3:30AM
- Travel Information: 5%
Requirements
Basic
- Two (2) year associate's degree plus one (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
Four (4) year bachelor's degree.
One to three (1-3) years or more of experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities.
