We are a small specialty textile manufacturing company located in Kingstree, South Carolina seeking an Administration manager -- Bookkeeper to join our team!
- Responsibilities include a broad range of general administration and financial bookkeeping requirements.
- We will offer initial hourly compensation depending on experience and qualifications.
- The successful candidate will move to a competitive salaried position after six months of satisfactory job performance.
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Perform customer service and general clerical duties
- Maintain an orderly, organized office environment
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Specific expertise in QuickBooks software
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Strong basic computer fundamentals, Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Friendly, helpful and willing to communicate with and work with others, customers and vendors as required
