Essential Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all callers
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge including features, benefits, and overall value
  • Answer customer questions and concerns
  • Assist to the unique and individual shopping needs of each customer
  • Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons
  • Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, coupon deals, etc.
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Be enthusiastic and informative about all products
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals

The position will start 10/21/19 at $11/hr and go through December and possibly a few weeks into January.


  • Great multitasker
  • Able to type at least 40 WPM
  • Positive attitude is a MUST
  • Willing to work day or swing shifts
  • Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Productionschedules are 6:00am-2:30pm and 1:30pm-10:00pm Monday- Friday with an occasional Saturday
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred but willing to train the right person
