Elwood Staffing is looking for an experienced individual with both customer service and office skills for a company in the Central Point area! If you’re outgoing, skilled with computers, and strive to give the best customer service, then this is the position for you!

Pay: $13/hr

The schedule of the Customer service Representative is Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Job duties for the CSR include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, giving price quotes, help create custom orders, and answering all questions customers may have
  • Work semi-independently within a team environment to process verbal and written requests from distributors and other departments.
  • Coordinate between all departments and facilities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve conflicts between customer expectations and the delivered product
  • Correct and Verify imprecise information/specifications on received orders/requests
  • Some outbound proactive, promotional sales calls are required as well as possible sales visits in the local area

Job Qualification for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Ability to use headset and sit for long periods of time
  • Must have at least 1-year experience working in a call center/office environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment is a must
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations is a must
