Elwood Staffing is looking for an experienced individual with both customer service and office skills for a company in the Central Point area! If you’re outgoing, skilled with computers, and strive to give the best customer service, then this is the position for you!
The schedule of the Customer service Representative is Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Job duties for the CSR include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, giving price quotes, help create custom orders, and answering all questions customers may have
- Work semi-independently within a team environment to process verbal and written requests from distributors and other departments.
- Coordinate between all departments and facilities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve conflicts between customer expectations and the delivered product
- Correct and Verify imprecise information/specifications on received orders/requests
- Some outbound proactive, promotional sales calls are required as well as possible sales visits in the local area
Job Qualification for the Customer Service Representative:
- Ability to use headset and sit for long periods of time
- Must have at least 1-year experience working in a call center/office environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment is a must
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations is a must
