Customer Service Representative Warehouse Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)

• Assist customer via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems with inventory and loads
• Assist in Cycle Counts
• Scan haul-away loads and verify product
• Process changes or cancellations
• Plan and arrange travel itineraries, process expenses, and mange schedules
• Organize meetings, schedule meetings, and follow-ups

Customer Service Representative Warehouse Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Prior knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customer by phone and in person

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
