Call Center Position offers a flexible schedule and will consist of different hours/days depending on position.
Call Center Details:
- Starting pay is $12.00/hr.
- This position is temporary with intent to hire full time.
- Communicate effectively with all customers, both direct and indirect.
- Promptly and professionally assist all customers with any questions or concerns.
- Answer calls in a friendly and polite manner with accurate information.
- Accurately document and update customer accounts.
Call Center Qualifications:
- At least two years customer service experience.
- High School diploma/equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in verbal communication and data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Testing required to determine skill level and qualifications.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
