Position OverviewWe are looking for the ideal Program Director to take part in a unique professional opportunity to not only architect the anatomy of this MFT Degree, but establish an innovative University system at large that integrates 21st Century realities and technologies with the historic essence of Marriage and Family Therapy’s most prominent training institutes. Working directly with The UNIVERSITY at Ellie President, Dr. Lucas Volini, the MFT Program Director will collaborate on the development of this University system and MFT Degree from the ground up. This includes the opportunity to build your own core faculty, establish the core curriculum and specialization track courses, and hire sufficient administrative supports. Accordingly, the Program Director fulfills four broad roles: (1) Administration, Leadership, and Program Development (2) Teaching, Supervision, and mentoring (3) Research, and (4) Service.
Education
Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (PhD, DMFT, or Psy.D. with LMFT license) required with a COAMFTE-Accredited Doctoral and/or master’s degree preferred.

Licensure
Licensed, or eligible to be licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of MN. Must be eligible for a Board-Approved Supervisor status (state-level required; AAMFT preferred).

Experience
The ideal candidate will bring along a (1) robust background in diverse clinical experiences, (2) experience in teaching, supervising, and mentoring MFT graduate students, and (3) an eager, energized, creative and innovative mindset with a strong desire to revision current practices in MFT training. 

Location
It is strongly preferred that the ideal candidate is located in the Twin Cities of MN, or willing to relocate to the Twin Cities of MN. A remote position may be considered depending on qualifications and goodness of fit.

Salary
$70,000 - $80,000 DOQ. This position qualifies for Ellie Mental Health’s complete benefits package.
