Bartender

The ideal bartender candidate for our family-owned and operated restaurant is someone who loves working in a self-initiated environment, meeting new people, and making a wide range of creative cocktails. Every new season comes with a new list of cocktails so the learning never ends, and we welcome your unique creativity!

As a bartender, you must have a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach that ensures our patrons have a great time at our unique bar. You will be in charge of taking food and beverage orders, recommending beer, wine, and cocktails, preparing traditional and unique mixed drinks, and maintaining the bar area so it is clean and sanitary at all times.

$20 hourly +

• Promptly greet all bar guests, take their beverage and food orders, and maintain guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Check customers' age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per regulations.
• Stock and track inventory of all wine, liquor, and beer as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages.
• Restock and clean as required, including side work for opening and closing of the bar area.
• Settle patron checks, collect payments, and ensure tabs are paid using proper payment methods.

• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Previous food service industry experience is required.
• You must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
