Quickly growing Refrigeration mechanical company looking for an office assistant with great organizational skills, customer service and experience with excel, word, and quickbooks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting office manager with day to day operations, answering the phone, invoice typing in quickbooks, light book keeping, assisting with scheduling for all associates, and preparing reports as needed for partners.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
Salary is is dependent on experience. Benefits offered.
