We are seeking an Office Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Handle all information in a confidential manner.
- Full secretarial duties such as taking messages, answering the phone, sending emails, etc.
- Office administration tasks such as filing paperwork, scheduling appointments.
- Order Management: Requesting / receiving quotes, placing orders, and following up on said orders.
- Modifying and updating spreadsheets.
- Keep track of ongoing projects and report on budget..
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Perform other office tasks as assigned.
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- Competent knowledge in computers and necessary software.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn.
