Job Description

Broadway Home Care is looking to expand and hire the right individual as a Client Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Staffing cases
  • Putting information into Sales Force and HHAX
  • Entering Authorizations
  • Putting information on Nursing Smart sheet
  • Ensure the case started

Requirements:

  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations
  • Able to multitask
  • Keep calm under pressure
  • Team Player
