The Sales Representative is responsible for integrating with our Sales Department to acquire new accounts through a variety of means, including canvassing, phone sales and follow-up.
Core functions of a Elite HR Sales Representative include but are not limited to:
Increasing branch revenue: acquiring new business, skill marketing, pump calls and quality check ins with clients. Contribute to sales by providing leads from applicants, client referrals, and other mediums.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager and attending sales appointments, shadow on sales calls, and meeting with prospects and existing clients.
Must be aware of all hot prospects, open leads, new accounts, accounts closing soon, transfers, and sales appointments being conducted for your unit.
Track your data and create a plan of action to meet your sales goals.
Finding new and creative ways to attract talent and clients.
Consistently connecting with potential new clients through various platforms to maintain an available pipeline at all times.
Reliable Transportation (Gas mileage will be compensated)
Schedule is Monday-Friday. 8:30 AM -2:30 PM (After 90 days, this position will convert into full time)
Compensation ($14-$17 Per Hour) Depending on Experience plus Commission!
