Our client is looking for Customer Service Representatives for their center in East Brunswick, NJ. This role requires individuals well versed in customer service techniques and professional communication etiquette. Apply Now!
Efficiently and effectively responds to member inquiries via remote customer service channels (phone and email). Works fluently in Zendesk (with training) to properly label and organize member requests for reporting.
Communicates professionally via email and phone. Maintains a warm and generous tone across channels, displaying a helpful and supportive attitude towards members.
Stays abreast of current and upcoming exhibitions, films, educational programs, and marketing campaigns to best support member inquiries. Reads and absorbs information in daily memos.
Updates Membership database as necessary including address and name changes.
Performs any duties reasonably related to the functions described above.
Proficiency with customer service software such as ZenDesk and SalesForce is a plus.
Exceptional written customer service skills, and verbal customer service experience.
Bilingual/spanish language skills are strongly preferred.
Must be available to work Saturdays and holiday periods.
Must be fully vaccinated including 1st booster - subject to accomodation.
