Eli’s Collision Repair - has focused on superior repairs on collision damaged vehicles in the Los Angeles area for over 40 years. It is a family owned facility, and we now have three locations in southern California, with over 150 employees and still growing. The underlying premise for this position is to assist the Production Estimator in accomplishing their goals of handling customers and meeting Eli’s standard of completing repairs. The CSR is responsible for working alongside the Estimator in processing files. Customer/Insurance/Vendor communications and managing assigned tasks, accounts, and reconciliation and billing files. Greets customers and acquires their appropriate information and explains all shop policies. Assist in assessing collision damage Process invoices and part orders Assist in preparing and completing repair bills Complete and assist in miscellaneous tasks Inspects vehicles and completes prior damage report and ensures all photos are inserted into the system. Walks around the vehicle and fills-up an existing damage sheet and has customer sign forms. Inquiries about damage details with the customer. Recommends repairs based on the existing damage report sheet. Calls the insurance company and notify them of the vehicle location, confirms coverage and asks for inspection of the vehicle.
