Assistant Program Director In Home Therapy

Wraparound Services

Eliot Community Human Services' In Home Therapy Program is currently seeking an energetic, experienced and ongoing learner, Assistant Program Director.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the operations of the In-Home Therapy Program.

Meet with assigned IHT Program Staff and Interns on a weekly basis for team and individual supervision. Assure that all supervision is documented and on file for review by MCE during site reviews or upon request.

Oversee and provide direction on high risk cases. Review each case for level of risk and guide Team Members on best practices, quality assurance and risk management.

Participate in external meetings as a key representative of Eliot IHT, including but not limited to; the System-of-Care, MCE’s meetings, CBHI Leadership and Family Advisory Committee.

Provide direct service for assigned families and consistently meet productivity requirements.

Supervise interns according to Agency and school guidelines.

Ensure that the program is in compliance with specifications including, but not limited to: documentation, Wraparound principles, accessibility, timeline's, staff certification and training.

Conduct timely performance evaluations of designated staff and submit documentation of same.

Implement Evidence Based practices that are most effective in providing services to the children, youth and families served.

Schedule: M-F with oncall responsibilities

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing or other closely related field. LICSW or LMHC with supervisory experience. LMHC preferred. Must have 5 years postgraduate experience providing behavioral services to youth and families, preferably in a homebase
or wraparound program. Must be certified in the Massachusetts CANS. Able to provide in-home support. May need to be available on weekends to respond, both by phone and in person, to emergencies. Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software
applications.
