Elevation is seeking a Post-Installation Project Coordinator to manage the Nevada branch pipeline. This position is a vital part of the customer experience and a valued member of the operations team. This person will perform a wide variety of administrative duties not limited to customer communication, processing job files, scheduling inspections, and general post-installation operational project coordination. This position will be located in the Las Vegas branch and will report directly to the local Operations Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Collect and review daily photo packets and documents from field teams
  • Work closely with field manager/superintendent to ensure jobs are complete and ready for final inspection
  • Communicate directly with homeowners and building departments to schedule final inspections
  • Manage post installation pipeline to ensure interconnections are processed and monitoring is completed.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with installation and that there are no open job issues to be addressed before job is considered “complete”.
  • Communicate effectively with branch personnel using a professional approach
  • Provide daily reports and update management
  • Perform other duties and tasks as needed

Education and Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of construction experience – solar preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Intermediate user skillset in excel
  • Knowledge of Saleforce
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
  • Must have a valid Nevada state driver’s license
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

  • Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm), with some weekend work or OT as needed.
  • Additional hours are based on the manager's requirements
  • This person must be able to effectively and frequently communicate with internal and external customers in-person as well as virtually
