The Sales Operations and Experience team drives sales effectiveness and execution. This team is responsible for providing processes, tools, and support which promote sales enablement & efficiency, both with internal and external sales channels.

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Sales Support team to provide important tactical support and contribute to the growth and development of our external sales partners. This role reports to the Senior Sales Operations Manager and is based in the Chandler, Arizona office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Partner Onboarding
    • Assists with new rep onboarding (access to Sales Portal and proposal tools)
    • Assists in additional training of Channel Sales Partners when necessary
    • Stays up to date with new partners and policies
  • Sales Pipeline Management
    • Pipeline management from point of sale to customer approved package (CAP)
    • Strives to maintain fast cycle time
    • Builds relationships with other internal teams and departments to work together in moving things through efficiently
  • Issue Resolution
    • Resolves escalated issues from sales reps per SLA
    • Tracks issue types to find patterns and works to create long term solutions
    • Helps gather necessary information from sales reps, aids in point of sale quality control
    • Keeps track of sales activity (opportunities, prelims)
  • Tactical Support
    • Serve as a tactical SME for sales teams; assist in day-to-day support
    • Supporting and bridging partner engagement, specifically at the sales rep level
    • Assisting and working with Account Management in communicating performance and insights about partner performance
    • Building efficient processes, overseeing partner sales process flow, and achieving corresponding KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum High school diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience or 1+ years of account coordination or management experience. Experience in the renewables (solar) industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with MS Office.
  • Experience taking on bold ambitions and driving positive outcomes.

Physical Requirements
  • This position is performed in a standard office environment. This person will operate more than 50% of the time in a stationary position. When not stationary, this person will need to move about the office environment to access filing cabinets and office machinery.  
  • This person must be able to operate a computer, common software packages as other office machinery such as a calculator and a printer.
