We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (or as we will call it the Client Concierge to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The Client Concierge will operate as a customer experience supervisor that will oversee the final phases of the contract-to-close timeline for our Elevate Real Estate clients. The position will also serve with various office administration roles such as database management, social media, and current/past client engagement.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Concierge to the Masses!
Final 10-Day Closing Coordination for all files
Client-Facing Video Introductions & Engagement through phone, email, and more.
Past Client and Farming Mailers & Emails (some design proofing)
Database Organization - Past & Current Client Lead Management
Social Media & Past Client Event Planning & Management
Oversees the weekly workflow of the team, transaction coordinator, and virtual assistant.
Performs other office administration related duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, or related software.
Education and Experience: Professional & Refined!
High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
At least two years client-facing, professional experience preferred.
Previous real estate, human resources and/or professional experience preferred.
