Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) with State Client in Salem OR

Required Consultant Qualifications
1. Seven or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
2. Hold a current PMP certificate from PMI or equivalent.
3. Have experience and a working knowledge of the current PMBOK and current Business Analysis Book of Knowledge ("BABOK") or equivalent methodologies and processes.
Desired Consultant Qualifications
1. Business Analysis experience with governmental agencies or in higher education institutions.
2. Experience with an enterprise-wide oversight process.
3. Demonstrated experience researching and analyzing basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization.
4. Demonstrated experience of working to gather both technology and business requirements.
5. Make recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and best practices based on lessons learned from past engagements.
6. Demonstrated experience in conducting tests and overseeing tests process improvements.
7. Effective communication to a diverse user community. Includes effective communication of process changes and providing training to impacted business units.
8. Demonstrated experience in overcoming organizational change resistance.
