Position: Sales Representative/Ops (Entry Level)
We (Electronics/Electrical Manufacturer) are looking for entry-level full-time candidate. Benefits includes medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) employer sharing. Salary will be based on experience. Travel: Minimal 0%- 5% (for possible trade shows or local customer meetings)
RFQ Management – Understand customer’s technical requirement, assist them with their project, provide quote, follow professional template/ exceptional customer service skills, multi-task, prompt communication, connect customers to our technical sales manager where required, orders/quotes follow-up and track quotes. Help on marketing activities as needed.
Order Management- Enter orders in ERP system with 3-ways verification, create customer profile, resolve any issues for smooth sales operations, manage change orders, RMA and closely work with other teams in the company. Daily sales report in excel
CRM Management- Maintain standalone and accurate information in CRM system. Continuous update and performance tracking.
Keep customers engaged, build strong customer connections, perform other ad-hoc functions as needed, explore new (Domestic/International) opportunities, grow sales, propose process innovations/new ideas and improve technical knowledge of our vast product line.
· Prior Sales Experience in MUST (selling electronics/hardware or software product)
· Quick learner, self-starter, detail oriented, excellent communicative skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Minimum 2-year Degree
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and ERP is preferred
