Service Desk Analyst II

Our client, a school system in Fairfax County is seeking a Service Desk Analyst II for a 1 year + contracted engagement. The Service Desk Analyst II will provide end user support to its school system staff via online Incident management system, phone, or email.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user application support in a variety of methods
- End user testing and developing test scripts and plans.
- Implementing enterprise-wide deployment
- Conduct user acceptance testing of system updates or changes
- Provide end user documentation via video tutorials and/or Microsoft Office 365 tools
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Google Suite
- Learning Management System
- Instructional Technology Application Support
- Zoom
- Microsoft Office 365
- K-12 experience desired
