Job Description

Our second shift starts at 3:30PM and ends at 2:00AM Monday - Thursday. Off every Friday, Saturday & Sunday, overtime as requested.

Job Summary:
Set-up and operate SMT machines and manufacture SMT assemblies.

Essential Funcations:

This position performs the function of operating and/or programming surface mount assembly equipment. This includes using either a manual, semi-automatic or automatic solder paste stencil machine; loading the proper components onto Siemens Placement Machines; operating the reflow oven; operating AOI machine and performing quality inspections at each stage to ensure correct assemblies are manufactured.

Education Requirement:

High School Education

Experience Requirement:

Six months or more experience with SMT Functions or automated equipment. Further on the job training will be provided.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities(SKA):

Component identification, ability to read, follow rules/instructions, understand basic circuit assembly processes. Must be able to read assembly documentation. work well with other employees as a team and pay close attention to detail and neatness. Interface with process engineering to identify/resolve problems. Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment. Overtime is expected when necessary
