Description:

Experienced Business analyst who has experience in all phases of system analysis, design, testing and implementation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • System analysis, design, testing and implementation

  • Contribute to or author technical documentation including functional requirements specifications, use cases, test cases and plans, implementation plans, etc.

  • Lead and/or participate in user acceptance testing

  • Implementation planning/execution

  • Performs other job-related duties as requested

  • Travel based on company need is a requirement. Travel up to 25% of the time during certain periods may be necessary

KEY TECHNOLOGIES AND SKILLS:

  • Workflow and process modeling and associated tools

  • Data definition and mapping and associated tools

  • Project management and associated tools

  • Visual Studio

  • SQL Server 2012/2016

  • .NET 4.5

  • ASP .NET MVC 5.0

  • Entity Framework 6.0

  • Microsoft Azure

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in system analysis/design

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience with SaaS and cloud computing

  • Experience working with users defining problems and solutions

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems as well as document solutions

  • Ability to communicate effectively, coordinate multiple duties simultaneously

HIGHLY PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CIS or similar technology related field

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

  • The employee is may be required to operate and maintain a variety of office, computer related, telecommunications and multimedia equipment. The employee is required to use their hands, fingers, arms, back and eyes as well as be able to bend, stoop, kneel, walk, twist and lift on a regular basis.

  • The employee may need to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment and/or files, paper and other staples.

  • Vision ability is required to do the job including close vision, far vision and color vision as well as the ability to adjust focus.

  • The ability to work under stressful conditions that may require dealing with difficult people while handling multiple work assignments with specific deadlines.
