Electro Controls is growing!! We have offices in Missoula, Billings, Great Falls, Bozeman, and Kalispell. We are hiring an additional Project Manager for the Billings area. Our Billings Project Managers work with a strong team of project managers throughout the state as well as our team of foreman, install techs, sales professionals, integrators, etc. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Building Automation projects
- Direct and lead the work of technical staff
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Develop relationships with Mechanical Contractors, General Contractors, Mechanical Engineers, and all relevant project teams
- Provide a single point of contact for all in progress project work
- Lead internal teams to provide best in class project performance for our customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering AND 2 years of related work experience OR 5 years related work experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
