Administrative/Scheduling Assistant needed immediately for electrical contracting company. Experience in the construction industry a PLUS! Must speak fluent English. Full time position requiring 30-40 hours weekly. Must pass a drug screening test. Medical benefits after 60 days. Qualified individual must be a quick learner and possess the following:
Strong computer knowledge, specifically the complete Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Duties include answering phones, daily scheduling, calendar tracking, dispatch work order entry, permitting, bid documents preparation, fleet registration, licensing with multiple counties, notice to owners and lien releases.
