Position Overview

Responsible for customer service case management from assignment to completion, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction within corporate guidelines.

Essential Job Functions

  • Plan, organize, and manage customer service support requests for clients in ZOHO and Epicor
  • Work closely with sales managers, engineering and production to handle challenging customer service issues and complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to troubleshoot and resolve product and service inquiries
  • Organize workflow to meet assigned time frames.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated internal resource
  • Answering phones and following up on customer requests or directing them to the appropriate associate for disposition
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
  • Manage time effectively, meet established goals and work effectively with other members of the sales/service team
  • Present a professional image in the workplace/to the customers/vendors over the phone


  • Must be very organized, analytical, and detailed oriented
  • Able to handle a high volume of tasks and deliverables
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Epicor, ZOHO, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Able to type at least 50wpm and to use MS Office at a moderate level
  • Team player, self-motivated, positive disposition, and problem-solver
  • Highly polished interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Work Environment

  • Office 95% Production/Warehouse floor 5%

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs- very infrequently

Required Education and Experience

  • High school graduate

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 2 or more years of college preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of electricity
