Position Overview

This Administrator is responsible for the overall operation and success of the program. The Administrator maintains, personnel, client, and program records, including the accounting of client and facility funds, training, and medical records. The Administrator hires, supervises, and evaluates employees. OAR compliance is a vital part of the Administrators job. The Administrator works with community partners, guardians, the state, therapists, and other outside agencies. It is the responsibility of the Administrator to always ensure the well-being of clients and staff.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must have State of Oregon QMHA credentials criteria and 3 or more years of administration experience in a health care setting. Qualified applicants must demonstrate competence in leadership planning, supervision of staff, budgeting, and fiscal management. Qualified applicants must also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Must be willing to relocate to Southern Oregon. Assistance with moving expenses will be provided.
