We provide senior assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to meet a variety of health care needs. About This Career Opportunity Sales and Marketing Director: • Responsible for planning, developing, directing and coordinating all aspects of sales and marketing for the Community. • Develops the annual marketing plan and budget with input from Executive Staff to optimize program offerings to identified markets of older adults. • Participates in planning new unit availability, pricing levels, marketable services, and advertising themes. • Effective management of a team of marketing professionals and coordination with the Corporate VP of Sales and Marketing. Are You Qualified? Here's what you need: • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field required. • Minimum five years marketing and sales management experience. • Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Residential Care Facilities. Skills and Attributes: • Sensitivity and knowledge of working with older adults and the aging process. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational ability. • Ability to identify need, develop, and manage programs and systems simultaneously. • Knowledge of aging process and implications of aging in a social setting. • Excellent interpersonal skills, superb customer service skills and a team player.
