About Us: Elder Alternatives is looking for a Full time Administrative Assistant in the plantation area.
Administrative Assistant Compensation and Benefits:
- M-F 9a-5p
- Health Insurance
- PTO & Sick Leave
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain customer account agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the completion of reconditioning work, and other required information
- Follow up with caregivers to confirm completion of work, satisfaction, and scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years of clerical or administrative support experience
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Advanced computer software skills
- Experience using general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
