Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!. This will be a part time in office and part time work from home role. Main duties will include processing invoices for payment, setting up payments, reviewing correct posting of payments on our system, and other similar duties as they relate to our accounts payable department. You will be a valued member of our accounting / finance team with plenty of room for growth.


  • Enter supplier invoices in our A/P system
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Set up vendor payments
  • Assist accounting-finance team with projects


  • Previous experience in payables, accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Basic accounting knowledge needed.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
