Experts to build a talent ecosystem, working with and learning from high-performing industry experts across a range of executive search and talent advisory projects. You will be a talent scout, tapping into various tools and resources to uncover the best leaders in the market and matching them with aligning roles. This role requires you to be creative, analytical, resourceful and possess a passion for extensive market research, competitive intelligence and talent mapping. Further, you will have direct exposure to top executives and business leaders, listening and understanding how hiring top talent is essential to business success and growth.
You’ll also play an essential role in advancing more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. What You’ll Do Research & Project Management Own and drive executive recruiting projects, providing strategic guidance and advice on the execution, and delivery while advising on real-time industry trends and insights. Use qualitative information to clearly communicate and present data/details to influence decisions. Analyze and quickly breakdown new industries, market segments, and competitive landscapes in order to better understand the clients’ needs and apply intel to research strategies and decision making. Develop and execute outside-the-box research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of information. Identify qualified executive candidate pipeline, who have played a critical role in the success of top companies and continuously mine the industry/market for additional targets. Strive to remove biases from processes and lead with a DE&I approach through objective review of candidates. Ensure deadlines are met for client deliverables and prepare discussion topics, such as generating market insight and feedback presentations and progress reports. Engage with the external market, as appropriate, to develop market and candidate insights. Create high-quality client documentation (e.g., role specifications, client progress reports, confidential reports, company mappings, etc.). Business Development Support Partner with consultants to develop pitch presentations and business development materials. Monitor and track relevant market developments in a segment, including company updates and people moves. Knowledge Management Contribute to the Firm’s knowledge management activities by finding opportunities to share expertise and best practices, developing a network of people within an industry or functional area and recording pertinent information. Build knowledge in a specific segment or function through proactive market research Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree A minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience (post-undergrad). Demonstrated experience in a role of a similar nature (qualitative research, project management, legal research, etc.). Business-mindset: highly articulate, able to translate complexity into simplicity in all forms of communication in a polished and professional manner with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation. Organized multi-tasker: able to manage multiple projects with set deadlines as time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, diligent attention to detail and judgment are critical in this role. Natural collaborator: desire to help foster and preserve a company culture where all are welcome, included, and given the opportunity to succeed. Collaborative team player, with a track record of maximizing the team as well as individual performance. Intellectually Curious: a strong desire to learn and including the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and quickly learn new spaces. Resourceful problem solver: ability to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown, as well as work well under pressure, solve problems. Self-starter: highly motivated, excellent work ethic and self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet. Entrepreneurial mindset: positive, can-do attitude with ability to multi-task and collaborative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
