Partner with internal relationships to identify, develop, market HR content to employees via myHR. Develop the voice for all aspects of Human Resources' online presence. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site content, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regards to new development and enhancements. This person will also contribute to the promotion of the site and site specific lifecycle campaigns. Additionally, this person will work closely with global stakeholders of all levels to advise on development of HR content. Strong communication skills, relationship building and attention to detail are desired attributes. Tasks require the ability to work under tight deadlines.
+ Consult with HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders globally (eventually will include Service Center) to build and drive action-oriented, self-service HR content for employees. Serve as a liaison between the global ServiceNow SMEs and HR SMEs to determine what HR content is needed and develop how to appropriate present the content to meet the employee need. Communicate ServiceNow updates to key stakeholders and SMEs.
+ Design and analyze metrics and dashboards to Subject Matter Experts and leadership to promote content development of myHR, as well as provide recommendations to improve myHR content and usage based on knowledge of ServiceNow as well as recommendations to HR SMEs to review queries based on articles ratings, viewership, target audiences, valid-to-date, etc.
+ Review all myHR/ServiceNow knowledge base articles with an employee lens to ensure Edwards voice, employee-friendly language, corporate brand/formatting standards and ServiceNow style guidelines (templates) are maintained. Communicate to Submitters and SMEs what changes are needed, explain how to make the changes (if needed). Provide governance on the content look and feel through keeping templates up-to-date, monitoring if new templates are needed and if so, develop and communicate them to the Submitters and SMEs.
+ Drive continuous improvement to content development, inclusive of planning, testing, optimizing features, and training myHR Subject Matter Experts in partnership with System Admin on ServiceNow upgrades to. Recommend upgrade plug-ins to leverage best practices. Work with System Admin to communicate upgrades and enhancements to ServiceNow Submitters and SMEs.
+ External outreach to learn and incorporate best practices for content management and advancement of Knowledge Management. Network with other ServiceNow customers and implementation vendor(s) to learn best practices and recommend how to incorporate those processes into myHR.
+ Manage translation process by partnering with regional and global Subject Matter Experts to develop, manage and upload the translated content. Be the point person when regional SMEs identify a need to have global content translated, notify the HR content owner of the translation need, work with appointed translator to translate the content, upload translated content to ServiceNow, notify HR content owner and original requester when completed. Maintain good working relationship with identified translators.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years of related experience; OR Master's degree in preferred
