The Manager, Marketing for GRE in the Global Higher Education division leads various marketing activities across GRE and is responsible for contributing to brand share and revenue growth. The Manager collaborates with brand stakeholders and cross-functional partners - externally and internally.

The Manager supports the Director in the following areas: management, planning, and execution marketing initiatives for the business. He/she will support the brand in advertising development, media planning and execution, consumer and trade planning and execution, development of the brand's digital infrastructure, business planning and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing and Planning

Develop, lead and execute marketing and strategic plans for the Global Higher Education division, specifically focused on the GRE brand. Monitor market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.

Partner with the advertising, media, digital, consumer promotions and PR agencies to set communication strategies and develop communications platforms/executions that maximize business results. Identify ways to maximize market demand and in-market success.

Contribute to cross-functional teams that may include Program, Market Research, Channel, Research, AD, Finance and Operations to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies.

Sales and Client Relations

Working in collaboration with academic partnerships and sales teams, understanding key needs of score users as input to shape marketing programs.

Managing the brand equity, marketing and opportunity identification as it relates to partnerships.

Product Development

Support marketing plan development and in-market execution for new product launches.

Financial Management

Managing the budget for key projects.

Equity Management

Ensuring key programs protect and develop brand equity.

Collaboration and Talent Management

Fostering a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration, strategic thinking and business innovation.

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Process Outputs and Deliverables:

Development and maintenance of marketing websites, digital marketing management, content marketing management, conference management, management within the creative process, support of data and digital marketing processes.
