Educational Measures is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support a diverse range of B2B lead generation efforts to fuel our sales team’s pipeline. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the success and execution of the marketing team plan. This individual will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with other team members and vendors to drive program performance. The ideal candidate will be a highly-organized multitasker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be self-motivated, be able to work independently, and take a collaborative, coordinated work approach to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure effective execution of objectives in marketing campaigns.

  • Assist with the creation of compelling, measurable content to drive lead generation (email campaigns, sales collateral, blogs, e-books, customer communications, online advertising, social, web and landing pages, automated campaigns)

  • Work with third-party vendors to coordinate projects

  • Track campaign progress with analytics tools, source images and artwork for social media channels, update online assets, handle general digital marketing activities

  • Work with sales and marketing team to develop and maintain a strategic and segmented contact database

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to maintain an integrated marketing calendar, content library, social media calendar, keeping content organized and up-to-date

  • Help plan and execute logistics and advertising surrounding various trade show exhibits

  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, timelines, weekly project status updates on marketing efforts

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, and be able to multi-task and think creatively as they help bring campaigns from concept to execution. They will have a passion for collaboration, experimentation, and evaluation in their approach to marketing.

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field experience

  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM, Online Advertising, Web Analytics

  • Goal-oriented towards key metrics including marketing and sales qualified leads

  • Graphic design, HTML, CSS, and light video editing skills preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary commensurate with experience: $47,000 - $52,000
